Bears Without Borders goes to Indonesia following the 2004 earthquake and tsunami. Working through our Massachusetts General Hospital Global Health Rotation collabearators, we have been able to deliver a great deal of comfort to children living through very hard times.
"Just a quick thank-you for the bears! Attached is a photo of my little friend, Faras, whose mother died in the Tsunami. Her birthday is coming up and she was ecstatic."
