"Thinking like bears of action" we have started a teddy
bear distribution program supplying toys and smiles to children in need in KwaZulu Natal, the poorest province of South Africa.
We work with several excellent organizations
to distribute the bears to needy children. We have been able to distribute these
bears through the Massachusetts General Hospital Global Health residents traveling
abroad to work in foreign clinics. Through a very generous
startup donation from the Build-a-Bear Workshop, we have been able to supply many teddies to children in need.
